I have borrowed a Book; but deauthorised my PC; now I can not return it. I have emailed info@archive.org already.

I apologize I came across as ungrateful that was not my intent, I genuinely feel confused as to why the copyright law can be circumvented in such a manner, but that is getting off topic

nevertheless I wish I could get it at my library, but the book seems rather illusive, and the library I have access too doesn't appear to have an inter-library program with a library that does have the book

I understand. :) It's quite a joke, really, as the print-on-demand wallahs don't seem to give a tuppenny damn about copyright.

You might even (shock, horror) buy a second-hand copy - from $1.39 +P&P from abebooks.com, or a bit more pricey if you are in the UK.
